| Connexin 43 is a member of a large family of gap junction proteins. Each gap junction is composed of two hemichannels, or connexons that provide a route for the diffusion of low molecular weight materials from cell to cell.. Connexin 43 is found in the heart and brain and is known to bind tubulin at its C-terminus. | | | Catalog # | C7857-09 | | Applications | Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
