| Coatomer protein complex, subunit zeta1, also known as COPZ1, belongs to the adaptor complexes small subunit family. Coatomer is oligomeric complex that consists of at least the alpha, beta, beta', gamma, delta, epsilon and zeta subunits. The zeta subunit may be involved in regulating the coat assembly and, hence, the rate of biosynthetic protein transport due to its association-dissociation properties with the coatomer complex. | | | Catalog # | C7900-55 | | Source | Recombinant corresponding to aa1-177 from human COPZ1, fused to His-tag at N-terminus expressed in E.coli. | | AA Sequence | MGSSHHHHHH SSGLVPRGSH MEALILEPSL YTVKAILILD NDGDRLFAKY YDDTYPSVKE QKAFEKNIFN KTHRTDSEIA LLEGLTVVYK SSIDLYFYVI GSSYENELML MAVLNCLFDS LSQMLRKNVE KRALLENMEG LFLAVDEIVD GGVILESDPQ QVVHRVALRG EDVPLTEQTV SQVLQSAKEQ IKWSLLR | | Molecular Weight | ~22.3kD (197aa) confirmed by MALDI-TOF | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
