Clone Host Grade Applications
Polyclonal Rabbit Affinity Purified E IH
Coronin 3 is a member of the WD repeat protein family. WD repeats are minimally conserved regions of approximately 40aa typically bracketed by gly-his and trp-asp (GH-WD). These may facilitate formation of heterotrimeric or multiprotein complexes. Members of this family are involved in a variety of cellular processes, including cell cycle progression, signal transduction, apoptosis, and gene regulation. By similarity, Coronin 3 may be involved in cytokinesis, motility, and signal transduction. Coronin 3 is ubiquitously expressed in all human tissues, in contrast to other known coronin-like molecules, each of which is expressed in a tissue-specific manner.
