| Coronin 3 is a member of the WD repeat protein family. WD repeats are minimally conserved regions of approximately 40 amino acids typically bracketed by gly-his and trp-asp (GH-WD). These may facilitate formation of heterotrimeric or multiprotein complexes. Members of this family are involved in a variety of cellular processes, including cell cycle progression, signal transduction, apoptosis, and gene regulation. By similarity, Coronin 3 may be involved in cytokinesis, motility, and signal transduction. Coronin 3 is ubiquitously expressed in all human tissues, in contrast to other known coronin-like molecules, each of which is expressed in a tissue-specific manner. | | | Catalog # | C7901-38A | | Positive Control | Human lung and placenta lysates | | Applications | Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
