| Recombinant hCRP is produced into culture medium by DNA recombinant procedure in E. coli as secretory protein. By expressing kil gene, the outer membrane of E. Coli becomes permeable, allowing Recombinant hCRP to be excreted without cell lysis. Recombinant hCRP has similar biological property in terms of Ca2+-binding ability to the native protein, and is purified by affinity chromatography. N-terminal amino acid sequence of Recombinant hCRP is the same as that of the native human CRP. | | | Catalog # | C7907-03C | | Application | Suitable for use as a Standard antigen for the CRP determination. | | Recommended Dilution | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C.
