| Kit Components | C7907-27M1: Diluent Concentrate - 1x50ml, The 5X Diluent Concentrate is stable for 6 months. The 1X working solution is stable for at least one week from the date of preparation. Both solutions should be stored at 4-8°C. |
| C7907-27M2: Wash Solution - 1x50ml, The 20X Wash Solution Concentrate is stable for 6 months. The 1X working solution is stable for at least one week from the date of preparation. Both solutions can be stored at room temperature (16-25°C) or at 4-8°C. |
| C7907-27M3: Enzyme-Antibody Conjugate - 1x150ul, Contains affinity purified anti-Mouse CRP antibody (100X) conjugated with horseradish peroxidase in a stabilizing buffer. Undiluted horseradish peroxidase anti-CRP conjugate should be stored at 4-8°C and diluted immediately prior to use. The working conjugate solution is stable for one day. |

| C7907-27M7: Mouse CRP Standard - 1x1vial, The lyophilized Mouse CRP Calibrator should be stored at 4°C or frozen until reconstituted. The reconstituted calibrator should be aliquoted out and stored frozen (multiple freeze-thaws should be avoided). The working standard solutions should be prepared immediately prior to use and are stable for up to 8 hours. |
| Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C. Aliquot appropriate reagents to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at indicated temperatures (see Kit Components). Aliquots are stable for 6 months unless specified. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial(s) after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
