| CrkL is a widely-expressed 39kD adaptor protein that belongs to the Crk protein family and is |
| abundantly expressed in cells of hematopoietic origin. Through its SH2 and SH3 domains, CrkL |
| initiates interactions with numerous downstream proteins such as CBL, p130Cas, Paxillin, C3G, |
| SOS, PI3K, c-Abl and BCR/Abl. CrkL is involved in such processes as adhesion, migration and |
| the immune response. Furthermore, this adaptor protein plays an essential role in Chronic |
| Myelogenous Leukemia (CML) and is constitutively phosphorylated at Y207 in CML neutrophils by the BCR/Abl kinase. |

| Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. |
| Catalog # | C7925-03B |
| Recommended Dilution | Western Blot:1ug/ml. Lysates from human K562, A431 and Jurkat cells were resolved by SDS-PAGE. Following electrophoresis, proteins were transferred to an Immobilon-P membrane and immunoblotted with 1ug/ml mouse anti-CrkL |
| Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. |
| Storage and Stability | Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
