| CrkL (Crk-like), a 36kDa protein predominantly expressed in hematopoietic cell lines, is a member of the Crk adapter protein family. Lacking any intrinsic enzymatic activity, CrkL is composed of one SH2 domain and two SH3 domains (1). The SH2 domain of CrkL as been shown to interact with c-Cbl, Cas, Hef-1 and Paxillin (2); while the N-terminal SH3 can bind to c-ABL, Sos1 and C3G (3). Additionally, the phosphorylated form of CrkL (pY207) binds to BCR-ABL oncogene in chronic myelogenous leukemia cells (4). | | | Catalog # | C7925-50B | | Applications | Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry.
