| Cullin-1 is a negative regulator of the cell cycle that controls the abundance of G1 cyclins during embryogenesis; Cul1 mutants produce abnormally small cells due to an accelerated progression of the cell cycle G1-to-S-phases and the absence of mitotic arrest phase. Null mutations cause hyperplasia of all tissues. Cul-1 is part of the SCF ubiquitin ligase complex with S KP1 and F box-containing protein. Cul-1 is homologous to the yeast cdc53 protein. | | | Catalog # | C7949-06A | | Applications | Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry.
