| Cullins (1, 2, 3, 4a, 5 and 7) are a family of proteins that assemble a large number of ubiquitin ligases to catalyse polyubiquitiation, as well as binding to various specific factors to recruit substrates. Cullin 7 (CUL 7) is a component of SCF-like E3 ubiquitin ligase complex and may play a role in the degradation of proteins involved in endothelial proliferation and/or differentiation. Cullin 7 is a new oncogene that cooperates with Myc in transformation by blocking Myc-induced apoptosis in a p53-dependent manner. | | | Catalog # | C7949-22G | | Applications | Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
