| I-TAC (Interferon-inducible T-cell alpha chemoattractant), otherwise known as CXCL11, is a member of the CXC chemokine family, which signals through binding to CD183 (CXCR3), and is regulated by interferon gamma and beta. I-TAC is highly expressed by peripheral blood leukocytes, the pancreas and liver, and acts as a potent chemoattractant for IL-2 activated T cells, as well as a natural antagonist for CD195 (CCR5). | | | Catalog # | C8297-99F | | Source | E. coli | | Applications | Suitable for use in Functional Assays.
