Applications	Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	ELISA (Indirect, Sandwich): 0.5-2.0ug/ml (100ul/well antibody solution). Detects 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant mCXCL16
	Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Detection limit for recombinant mCXCL16 is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions
	Optimal dilution to be determined by researcher.
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
