Specifications

Clone Host Grade Applications
Monoclonal Mouse Affinity Purified IH FC N
CXCR3 is a G proteincoupled chemokine receptor that binds the alpha chemokines MIG (CXCL9), IP10 (CXCL10), and ITAC (CXCL11). CXCR3 is expressed on activated T cells, B cells, and NK cells.
Catalog #C8349
ApplicationsSuitable for use in Neutralization, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended DilutionsNeutralization (ND50): ~0.3-1.5ug/ml in the presence of 7ng/ml of recombinant human CXCL11/l-TAC, using the human CXCR3 transfected BaF/3 cells in a chemotaxis assay.
The exact concentration required to neutralize human cell surface CXCR3 activity is dependent on the ligand concentration as well as the number of CXCR3 receptors present on the cell surface.
Flow Cytometry: 2.5x10e6 cells using whole human blood lymphocytes.
Immunohistochemistry: 8-25ug/ml detected CXCR3 in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human tonsil.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Recommended Secondary AntibodiesI1904-06F: IgG, H&L (FITC) (X-Adsorbed) Pab Gt xMo I1904-23: IgG, X-Adsorbed (FITC) Pab Gt xMo
