CXCR3 is a G protein­coupled chemokine receptor that binds the alpha chemokines MIG (CXCL9), IP­10 (CXCL10), and I­TAC (CXCL11). CXCR3 is expressed on activated T cells, B cells, and NK cells.

Applications	Suitable for use in Neutralization, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions	Neutralization (ND50): ~0.3-1.5ug/ml in the presence of 7ng/ml of recombinant human CXCL11/l-TAC, using the human CXCR3 transfected BaF/3 cells in a chemotaxis assay.
	The exact concentration required to neutralize human cell surface CXCR3 activity is dependent on the ligand concentration as well as the number of CXCR3 receptors present on the cell surface.
	Flow Cytometry: 2.5x10e6 cells using whole human blood lymphocytes.
	Immunohistochemistry: 8-25ug/ml detected CXCR3 in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human tonsil.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Hybridoma	Mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse inoculated with human CXCR3 transfected NS0 mouse myeloma cells.
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
