| CXCR4, also known as fusin, is a 7TM G protein-linked chemokine receptor. CXCR4 is expressed on B cells, monocytes, CD4 + T cells, colonic epithelial cells, and astrocytes and binds SDF-1/CXCL12. CXCR4 is upregulated on mammary tumors. CXCR4, in cooperation with CD134 and heparan sulfate proteoglycans, functions as a co-receptor for feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) entry into cells. Feline CXCR4 shares 97%, 95%, 88%, and 90% aa sequence identity with canine, human, mouse, and rat CXCR4, respectively. | | | Catalog # | C8350-06C | | Applications | Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and ELISA. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Flow Cytometry: 25ug/ml | | Immunohistochemistry: 25ug/ml | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
