Applications	Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml detects p58 Cyclin A in HeLa nuclear extract. HeLa nuclear extract was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with 2ug/ml C8452-08. Proteins were visualized using goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
Immunoprecipitation	1-5ug/ml. The precipitate may be used to perform a histone H1 kinase assay.
Immunocytochemistry	10ug/ml
	Optimal dilution to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
