In mammals, cyclin B associates with inactive p34-cdc2. Cyclin B-p34-cdc2 plays a critical role in G2 to M transition.

Applications	Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution	Immunoprecipitation: 2ug antibody/mg protein lysate. (Use Protein G under native and denatured conditions).
	Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml for 2 hours at RT.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
