In mammals, cyclin B associates with inactive p34cdc2. Cyclin B-p34cdc2 plays a critical role in G2 to M transition.

Applications	Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions	Immunoprecipitation (Native and denatured): 2ug/mg protein lysate. Use Protein A.
	Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 2-4ug/ml for 30 minutes at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Positive Control	LS174T cells. Tonsil or breast carcinoma.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
