Applications	Suitable for use in inhibition assays and Western Blotting.
Working Dilution	A dilution of 1:2000 for Western blots will yield a positive result with 0.2ug of recombinant human cytochrome P450 IA2 using alkaline phosphatase-conjugated anti-goat IgG secondary antibody according to the manufacturer's instructions.
	Inhibits approximately 80% of the ethoxyresorufin O-deethylase activity of human liver microsomes at a concentration of 10mg IgG/nmol P450.
Western Blot	Recognizes a band (P450 1A2) in human liver microsomes.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
