| PCR primers for use in the detection and analysis of rat mRNA transcript. This PCR-Amplimer set amplifies a specific gene transcript of size 302bp. The amplimer set includes 5' and 3' primers in separate tubes compatible with regular PCR reagents. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
