| This protein contains 2 leucine zipper domains and a putative C-terminal nuclear targeting signal, and it does not have any hydrophobic regions. It is expressed weakly in resting NK and T cells. It and cytohesin-1 physically interact through their coiled-coil domains. Cytohesin-1, in addition to its role in cell adhesion, is a guanine nucleotide-exchange protein activator of ARF GTPases. | | | Catalog # | C9096-06 | | Positive Control | Jurkat lysate. | | Applications | Suitable for use in Western Blot.
