Cytokeratins are a subfamily of intermediate filaments and characterized by remarkable biochemical diversity. Cytokeratins are represented in epithelial tissues by at least 20 different polypeptides, molecular weight between 40kD and 68kD. The individual cytokeratin polypeptides are designated 1 to 20 and divided into the type I (acidic cytokeratins 9-20) and type II (basic to neutral cytokeratins 1-8) families.

Applications	Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	Flow Cytometry/FACS analysis: 10-20ul per 10e6 cells (100ul cell suspension).

Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable for at least 12 months at 4°C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
