Recommended DilutionImmunohistochemistry (Frozen and Paraffin): 1:20-1:40 Paraffin sections require antigen retrieval using heat treatment methods prior to staining. Sodium Citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for this purpose.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
