Applications	Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions	Western Blot: 1:2000 (ECL).
	Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:200; Incubate 1 hr at RT.
	Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded tissue): 1:100
	Incubate > 1 hr at RT; extended time for paraffin sections.
	Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Positive Controls	Tumors Specifically Detected: All adeno-Ca tested, undifferentiated CA, hepatocellular CA, cervix Ca.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
