Cytokeratin-18 expression has been shown in but is not limited to cells and tissues from lung, breast, intestine, gut, colon, kidney, pancreas, bladder and trophoblasts. Cytokeratin 18, Caspase-cleaved monoclonal antibody has been shown in numerous independent studies to be specific to the CK18 Asp396 caspase cleavage site (M30-neoepitope) and represents a well-established, validated apoptosis marker that does not react with viable or necrotic cells.

Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
