Applications	Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescence. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution	Western Blot: 1:500
	Immunoprecipitation: 25-100ug/ml
	Immunohistochemistry (Frozen and paraffin sections): 10ug/ml. Fixation in cold methanol for 30 minutes followed by immersion in 0.007 M NaOH for 10-15 seconds allows staining of both nuclear, cytoplasmic and membrane components as well as preservation of morphological detail.
	Immunocytochemistry: 10ug/ml
	Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
