Description	Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is a commonly used enzyme for Immunohistochemistry, Immunoblotting, ELISA, and in situ hybridization. 3,3'Diaminobenzidine (DAB) is most commonly used substrate of HRP, especially in Immunohistochemistry application. The end product is a yellow precipitate. This kit contains 5ml of DAB and 100ml of DAB buffer. It is enough for staining 500 standard tissue sections. It can be used for Immunohistochemistry, Immunobloting and In situ hybridization. Components in this kit are prepared with pure chemicals according to the proprietary technology.
Quality Control	The solutions of each lot are tested by immunohistochemistry, and the results are consistent lot to lot.
Protocol	Add one drop (25-35ul) of liquid DAB to 1ml of DAB buffer, and mix well. This is working solution. Add the working solution to cover the tissue specimen, which has been through all the steps of immunohistochemistry except the color development. Incubate at room temperature for 5 to 30 minutes. The end product is yellow precipitate.
