| DACT3, a member of the DACT (Dpr/Frodo) gene family, plays an important role in a negative regulator of Wnt/-catenin signaling. Unlike other Wnt signaling inhibitors that are silenced by DNA methylation, DACT3 repression is associated with bivalent histone modifications. | | | Catalog # | D1055-01B | | Applications | Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | ELISA: 1:125 | | Western Blot: 1:125-1:250 | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Hybridoma | F0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
