| Western Blot: 0.1-0.3ug/ml ~ 50kD band observed in lysates of cell line Jurkat (calculated MW of 53.2kD according to NP_NP_004388.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing Human DDX6 a band of approx. 55kD is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. The endogenous 53kD protein is observed in both. |
