| Dectin-2, also known as CLECSF10 and CLEC6A, is a type II transmembrane protein belonging to the C-Type lectin superfamily that is expressed on dendritic cells, Langerhans cells, monocytes, B cells, and activated T cells. Dectin-2 contains one carbohydrate recognition domain (CRD). Within the extracellular domain, human Dectin-2 shares 71% aa sequence identity with the mouse Dectin-2 isoform. | | | Catalog # | D1876-49C | | Applications | Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 1- 2.5 x 10e5 cells | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Hybridoma | Mouse myeloma cells with B cells from a mouse immunized with purified, NS0-derived, recombinant human Dectin 2 (aa46-209). | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months at 4°C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light. | | CAS Number | n/a | | Clone Type | Monoclonal | | Isotype | IgG1 | | Clone No | 9L823 | | Host | Mouse | | Source | Human | | Concentration | As reported | | Form | Supplied as a liquid in saline, 0.5% BSA, 0.1% sodium azide.
