Clone Host Grade Applications
Polyclonal Rabbit Affinity Purified B IH
Developmental pluripotency associated 4 (DPPA4) protein is abundantly found in embryonic stem cells and in early embryos. DPPA4 protein is localized in the embryonic stem cell nucleus associated with transcriptionally active chromatin. The Dppa4 gene overexpression does not support embryonic stem cell self-renewal but partially inhibits embryonic stem cell differentiation. Suppression of DPPA4 expression by short hairpin RNA induced embryonic stem cell into a primitive ectoderm lineage.
