| Binds to GTP-bound form of Rho and to profilin. Acts in a Rho-dependent manner to recruit profilin to the membrane, where it promotes actin polymerization. It is required for cytokinesis, stress fiber formation, and transcriptional activation of the serum response factor. DFR proteins couple Rho and Src tyrosine kinase during signaling and the regulation of actin dynamics. | | | Catalog # | D3470-30 | | This antibody is expected to recognize both reported isoforms (NP_001035982.1 and NP_112194.2). | | Applications | Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | ELISA: 1:64,000 | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | | CAS Number | n/a | | Clone Type | Polyclonal | | Isotype | IgG | | Host | Goat | | Source | Human | | Concentration | ~0.5mg/ml | | Form | Supplied as a liquid in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3, 0.5% BSA. | | Purity | Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography. | | Immunogen | Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-RTPMPKDVRQS, from the internal region (near the C-terminus) of the protein sequence according to NP_001035982.1; NP_112194.2. | | Specificity | Recognizes DIAPH3.
