Nucleic acids were complexed with solid phase mBSA and incubated with anti-DNA antibody. Radioiodinated protein A binding at the highest antibody quantity tested (either 10ug of purified antibody or a 12 culture supernatant dilution) was measured and normalized relative to that determined for the preferred antigen (given a value of 1.0). a) Native calf thymus DNA b) Heat-denatured calf thymus DNA
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
