| Dopamine-beta--hydroxylase (DBH) is the enzyme responsible for conversion of dopamine to noradrenaline. Tissue specificity consists of chromaffin granules of the adrenal medulla and synaptic vesicles of the sympathetic nervous system. It exists as both, a soluble and membrane-bound form in chromaffin granules. | | | Catalog # | D9010-03 | | Applications | Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilutions | Immunocytochemistry: 1:5000-1:10,000 | | Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:20,000-1:50,000 | | Western Blot: 1:5000-1:10,000 (ECL) | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the reasearcher. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
