16 amino acid peptide from near the carboxy terminus of human DRAM
Applications
Peptide is used for blocking the activity of DRAM antibody (D9370). It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western Blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37˚C. Buffer is PBS containing 0.02% sodium azide. Other applications not tested.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
