| Dvl1, Dvl2, and Dvl3 are mammalian homologs of Dsh (disheveled) proteins that are involved in Wnt signaling pathways. Upon treatment with Wnt proteins, Dvls become hyperphosphorylated and accumulate in the nucleus.
