Dysferlin is a muscular plasma membrane protein which is defective in Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy type 2B (LGMD2B) and Miyoshi Myopathy (MM).

Applications	Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	Immunohistology (Formalin/paraffin): 1:10 for 30min at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues REQUIRES boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.

Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
