Enterokinase is an intestinal enzyme responsible for initiating activation of pancreatic proteolytic proenzymes.

ApplicationsSuitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionELISA: 0.05-0.2ug/ml
Western Blot: 0.1-1.0ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C after receipt. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
