Applications	Suitable for use in ELISA and Affinity Purification. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution	Direct ELISA: 1:20,000. Yields > 1.0 O.D. using rabbit anti-mouse IgG labeled with alkaline phosphatase.
	Affinity Purification: Can be used bound to various resins.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
