Applications	Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunomicroscopy. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	ELISA: 1:4000 to 1:20,000 (use 1ug of Elastase using peroxide-conjugated streptavadin and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature)

Biotin/Protein Ratio	10–20 BAC molecules per Rabbit IgG molecule
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
