| Eotaxin is a member of the beta (C-C) motif chemokine family of inflammatory and immunoregulatory cytokines. Eotaxin is a potent and selective chemoattractant for eosinophils, but not monocytes, lymphocytes or neutrophils and is primarily produced by epithelial and phagocytic cells. | | | Catalog # | E3350-02A | | Description | Recombinant corresponding to aa24-87 of human Eotaxin expressed in E. coli with an amino-terminal hexahistidine tag. | | Applications | Suitable for use in ELISA.
