Description Human Eotaxin-3 is a recently discovered CC chemokine. Eotaxin-3 binds to the CCR3 receptor and is highly chemotactic for eosinophils. Recombinant Human Eotaxin-3 is an 8.4kD protein containing 71 amino acid residues.

Storage and Stability	Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile dH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
