Epithelial Growth Factor (EGF) stimulates proliferation of various epidermal and epithelial tissues, as well as inhibiting the secretion of gastric acid.

ApplicationsSuitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with 100ul sterile dH2O containing 0.1% BSA. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
FormSupplied as a lyophilized powder in 0.01 M sodium acetate. Preservative free. Reconstitute with 100ul sterile dH2O containing 0.1% BSA.
