| Ep-CAM (also described as 17-1A antigen or EPG34) is widely expressed on cells of epithelial origin and tumors derived therefrom. This clone represents an excellent marker to discriminate epithelial from mesothelial structures. | | | Catalog # | E3414-04A | | Applications | Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence Microscopy, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilutions | Immunohistochemistry (Frozen/paraffin): 1:10 with PBS, pH 7.4. Protease pretreatment of paraffin embedded sections is required. Incubate for 1 hr at RT. | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
