Other applications have not been tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Immunohistochemistry (formalin/paraffin): 1-2ug/ml for 30 min at RT. | | Note: Staining of formalin/paraffin tissues requires digestion of tissue sections with pepsin at 1mg/ml Tris-HCl, pH 2.0 for 15min. at RT or 10min. at 37°C. | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Positive Control | Breast carcinoma. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
