| Epithelial Specific Cell Surface Glycoprotein is expressed in all human epithelial cell types except hepatocytes, gastric parietal cells, superficial layers in squamous stratified epithelia, sebaceous glands, cortical thymic epithelium, ovarian follicular epithelium, ependyma and plexus epithelium. | | | Catalog # | E3415-10 | | Applications | Suitable for use in Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Immunohistochemistry: Formalin fixed, paraffin wax embedded tissues, provided short term formalin fixation is used (few hours). Subsequent trypsin treatment improves staining in a peroxidase test. Also suitable for use with frozen tissue sections | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
