Applications: Functions in Western blot immunoassays (single band at 70kD). Working dilution must be determined by the user. Suggested starting ranges are 1:10–1:50 for IFA and blotting. For immunostaining cells containing EBNA-1 with this product, slides must be fixed in methanol/acetone (3:7) at-20øC. After drying at room temperature, slides should be stored at 2-8ø C (1 month) or-20ø C (6-12 months). A highly amplified assay must be used to detect the low amount of EBNA expressed, i.e., Maby + Goat anti-Mouse IgG + Rabbit anti-Goat IgG-FITC conj.
