| Gp120 is a major protein of the icosahedral capsid of Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV). EBV infection is highly prevalent worldwide, and in most patients it is asymptomatic. Occasionally, primary exposure to EBV results in infectious mononucleosis. It may have a causative role in human cancers, such as Burkitt lymphoma and nasopharynx carcinoma, and lymphomas. EBV induces the immortalization of primary human B cells in vitro. | | | Catalog # | E3440-28D | | Applications | Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence.
