c-erbB-4 is the fourth member of class I receptor kinase family (ErbB). Down regulation of ErbB-4 in estrogen receptor-positive cancer cells inhibits proliferation.

ApplicationsSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, accelerartes Internalization of c-erbB-4 and stimulation of tyrosine kinase activity. Not suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended DilutionImmunoprecipitation: 2ug/mg protein lysate (Use Protein G). (Unoccupied as well as the occupied c-erbB-4 receptor).
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
