Applications	Suitable for use to sensitize cells in haemolytic complement assays and for screening of T and T receptor-bearing lymphocytes. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions
	Haemolytic complement assays: 1:60 (Haemolytic titre) at which 50% lysis occurs following mixing of equal volumes of antiserum, guinea pig complement and 2% RBC, not less than 1:500 when tested with bovine erythrocytes.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
