ImmunogenFactor IX isolated from human plasma.
SpecificityRecognizes native human factor IX. Epitope specificity differs from that of clone 6F98 as determined by inhibition ELISA.
Reacts strongly with native factor IX. Strong reaction is seen in ELISA with native factor IX directly coated onto the microtiter well, and also when tested in sandwich ELISA in combination with a polyclonal antibody against factor IX. In Western Blot after SDS-PAGE reacts with factor IX in non-reduced form only.
